- Request and transaction details: selected products, sourcing requirements, notes, quotes, payment preference, shipping destination, correspondence and order history.
- Curator and supplier details: application, storefront, inventory and operational information needed to manage the service.
- Security and technical information: authentication records, request timestamps, device/browser information and limited network information used to protect the service.
- Optional analytics: only after permission, a rotating first-party identifier, pages viewed, time on page, referrer, language, timezone, screen size, general country and browser user agent.
Why we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, check inventory, prepare and manage quotes, arrange sourcing and shipping, process or reconcile payments, maintain customer and curator records, prevent abuse, secure accounts, meet legal obligations and improve the website when analytics permission has been given.

Who receives information
Information is available only to authorised VTT team members and service providers that support the requested service. Depending on the transaction, these may include Supabase for database and authentication services, Hostinger for hosting and email, payment providers such as Wise, PayPal or Stripe, couriers, and relevant curators or suppliers. We share only what is reasonably necessary for their role.
International processing
VTT operates from Thailand and serves customers internationally. Our service providers or transaction partners may process information in other countries. We use reasonable contractual, access-control and security measures appropriate to the service and information involved.
Retention and security
We keep enquiries, operational records and transaction information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Optional analytics uses a rotating 24-hour browser identifier. You can withdraw analytics permission at any time.
We use role-based workspace access, database row-level security, encrypted connections and limited administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please contact us promptly if you believe your information or account has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed. Some records may need to be retained for legal, transaction or security reasons.
